The outdoor enthusiast is a Massage Therapist at the luxurious Fairmont Banff Springs- the historic castle nestled into the majestic Canadian Rockies. Erin is also a Psychosomatics Therapist, who studied at the Australian Institute of Body and Mind Analysis. Amongst the Gold Coast's glittering high-rise buildings, built around superb surfing beaches, she immersed herself in meditation courses to enrich her studies, and at times, took the opportunity to live like a monk.
